列出你的余额账本条目，最新的在前。使用不透明游标分页：将响应中的 next_cursor 作为下一次请求的 cursor 传入，重复直到 has_more 为 false。

可选：用 entry_type 只返回某一种账本条目类型。

invalid_cursor——提供的 cursor 值无法解码。

X-API-Key 请求头缺失、无效或已撤销。detail 为纯字符串：API key required、Invalid API key 或 User not found。

账户已被封禁（纯字符串 detail：Account is blocked），或 ip_not_allowed——请求的来源 IP 不在该密钥的 IP 白名单内。

Rate limit exceeded——你的账户每分钟请求超过 1,000 次（由该账户的所有 API 密钥与工作台会话共用）。detail 为纯字符串；等待 Retry-After 给出的秒数后再重试。
