Purchase energy by specifying the receiver address, amount, and duration. The cost is deducted from your account balance immediately. The order starts in pending status while TronAgg routes it to the best available provider. Energy is typically delegated within seconds. Use the Get Order endpoint to poll for completion.

If no duration is specified, defaults to 1h.
