TRONAgg is designed so that using it never puts your wallet at risk. This page explains what we do and don't touch.
Energy is delegated, not custodied
When an order is delivered, energy is delegated on-chain directly to your target address. Delegation grants your address the energy resource — it does not give anyone control of your funds or the ability to move your assets. The energy simply becomes usable by the address you specified.
We never hold your wallet
TRONAgg does not need, request, or store your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. You keep custody of your own wallet at all times. The only value you place with TRONAgg is the balance you top up to pay for orders.
The Energy-Free Node takes this further: your keys never leave your wallet at all. The node supplies energy in the background while your wallet signs and broadcasts transactions exactly as it normally would.
You're never charged for undelivered energy
If no provider can fill an order, it's refunded automatically, including any reseller markup. Payment and delivery are tied together — there's no path where your balance is spent without energy arriving.
Reliability as a safety property
Automatic fail-over isn't just a convenience; it's part of the security model. A single provider stalling can't strand your order, because routing moves it to the next viable source or refunds it. There's no stuck state where funds and energy both go missing.
What to verify yourself
- Target address. Energy is delegated to the address you provide — always confirm it's the wallet you intend to use.
- Official surfaces. Only use the official Workspace, bot, and node endpoints linked from tronagg.ai. When in doubt, verify the link before connecting a wallet.
Energy is always delegated to the recipient address you specify. Every order is traceable by ID, and completed orders link to the on-chain transaction on Tronscan.
