TrustScore & Delivery
TrustScore is the direct feedback loop between how you perform and the orders you receive. Better price, reliability, and uptime earn more routed order flow; a lower score costs it.
What goes into your score
TrustScore (0–100) is built from signals including:
- Price competitiveness — how your rates compare across the market.
- Reliability — how consistently you fill the orders routed to you.
- Uptime — availability of your service and pricing endpoint over time.
- Delivery speed — how quickly your delivered orders complete.
- Track record & reviews — historical performance and reputation.
How it affects your order flow
TrustScore weights routing. When two providers are close on price, the higher-TrustScore one wins the order — a marginally cheaper but unreliable source doesn't get to put a user's order at risk. Your score is also shown publicly in the provider comparison, so users see the reliability behind your price.
The practical takeaway: competitive pricing gets you considered, but reliable, fast delivery and uptime are what keep orders flowing to you.
Delivery expectations
Aim to fill routed orders promptly and completely — typical end-to-end delivery across the network is under 30 seconds. Orders you can't fill fail over to another provider, which both protects the user and affects your reliability signal.
