AutoEnergy in your bot
Your white-label bot can offer AutoEnergy — a subscription that keeps a customer's TRON address supplied with Energy, so their USDT and other TRC-20 transfers spend Energy instead of burning TRX. It's fully managed by TRONAgg; you set the prices and keep the spread, exactly like your regular energy orders. For the end-customer side of the product, see the AutoEnergy overview.
Turn it on
AutoEnergy is enabled by default on new bots. To change it, open your bot's settings in the workspace and toggle the AutoEnergy checkbox.
- Enabled — your bot shows a 🔋 AutoEnergy menu item and customers can connect addresses.
- Disabled — the menu item is hidden. Addresses that are already connected keep working until their owners stop them; no new ones can be connected while it's off.
Your four prices
AutoEnergy has four prices, and you set every one of them yourself on the Pricing tab. Each one is what your customer pays:

When you first enable AutoEnergy, all four prices are pre-filled at your cost — what TRONAgg charges you to run the coverage — so you start at break-even. Edit them to whatever you want to charge, then save.
How the money works
You can set any price freely, including below your cost. On every charge, the difference between your price and your cost settles against your reseller balance:
- Price above cost — the spread is credited to your reseller balance, just like the markup on a regular order.
- Price below cost — the shortfall is covered from your reseller balance automatically, so your customer is never interrupted.
Example: if your cost for a standard transfer is 1.5 TRX and you charge your customer 2 TRX, you earn 0.5 TRX per transfer. Charge 1 TRX instead and you fund 0.5 TRX per transfer from your reseller balance — a loss leader you choose to run.
Keep your reseller balance funded
If any of your prices sit below cost, AutoEnergy keeps running only while your reseller balance can cover the difference. If it can't:
- New AutoEnergy connections are blocked in your bot.
- Active subscriptions are stopped. Each affected customer gets a notification that their coverage has ended.
- You get a top-up alert.
Top up your reseller balance and your customers can connect again. (If all four of your prices are at or above cost, AutoEnergy never draws on your balance and this can't be triggered by it.)
What your customers see
With AutoEnergy enabled, your bot's 🔋 AutoEnergy menu lets a customer:
- Connect an address, optionally with a limit on how many transfers to cover.
- See status and counters — how many transfers have been used and how many remain.
- Stop coverage at any time, or reactivate a stopped address.
Every covered transfer sends the customer a Telegram notification showing how many transfers they've used and how many are left — for example, "used 3 of 10, 7 left". If they connected without a limit, the notification simply confirms each covered transfer.
