What is an Energy Agent in one sentence?​

A TRONAgg user who sells TRON Energy under their own address: customers pay you in TRX, TRONAgg delivers the Energy to them for 1 hour and charges your balance its price, and you keep the difference.

How is it different from the Reseller Program?​

The Reseller Program gives you a white-label Telegram bot where customers top up and order Energy in a chat. Energy Agent needs no bot: customers send TRX to an address and receive Energy automatically. You can run both.

Do I need to be online?​

No. TRONAgg watches your addresses around the clock and processes every eligible payment automatically.

Pricing and profit​

How much does TRONAgg charge me?​

Its current price for the order at the moment the payment arrives, with your VIP discount applied: exactly what the same order would cost through Quick buy. Prices follow a published hourly schedule, see tronagg.ai/pricing.

How much can I earn?​

Your profit on a sale is what the customer paid minus what TRONAgg charged. You set the base payment; it only has to cover TRONAgg's highest hourly price for your Energy per unit. The New configuration form shows your profit per unit now and at the highest price, which is your minimum margin.

Can a sale ever lose me money?​

No. If TRONAgg's price for an order would be higher than the amount paid, the payment is skipped with price_above_payment and nothing is charged.

What if a customer pays more than my limit?​

Energy is capped at your max units per payment. The rest of the payment is yours.

Payments and delivery​

Who receives the Energy?​

The address that sent the TRX, for 1 hour. Customers should pay from the wallet that needs the Energy. A payment sent from an exchange delivers Energy to the exchange's address, not to the customer.

Which payments count?​

Plain TRX transfers from a wallet. USDT or other tokens, transfers made through smart contracts, and memo text are not processed.

What happens when a customer sends less than the base payment?​

The payment is skipped with below_base: no Energy is delivered and nothing is charged. With your own wallet the TRX stays with you; with a dedicated TRONAgg address it is credited to your TRONAgg balance.

What if a delivery fails?​

TRONAgg refunds its charge to your balance and the payment shows as failed in your Sales feed.

Does TRONAgg refund my customers?​

No. Customer payments go to you (or to your balance), so refunds are between you and your customer.

Balance and pausing​

Why do I need a minimum balance?​

Your balance pays for every delivery. You need the activation threshold (10 TRX at the time of writing) to create or resume a configuration. After that, each payment only needs your balance to cover its own order.

What happens when my balance runs out?​

The payment that can't be covered is skipped with insufficient_balance, all your active configurations pause, and you are notified. Top up: the next payment that arrives while your balance is at or above the threshold resumes them automatically, or resume them yourself.

Can I pause a configuration?​

Yes, at any time, in the workspace or with the API. Payments sent to a paused configuration are skipped with config_paused. A dedicated TRONAgg address keeps crediting your balance while paused.

Addresses​

Own wallet or dedicated TRONAgg address?​

Use your own wallet if you want customer TRX in a wallet you control. Use a dedicated TRONAgg address if you don't want to manage a wallet, or you want sales to top up your TRONAgg balance for your own Energy and API spend. See Address modes.

Can I delete a configuration?​

Own-wallet configurations: yes. Dedicated TRONAgg addresses are permanent: pause them instead.

Can I withdraw my balance?​

Not today. TRONAgg balance is spent on Energy, AutoEnergy and the API. If you want profit in your own wallet, use the own-wallet option.

Do you check that I own the address I enter?​

No signature is required, and TRONAgg never asks for keys. Enter only an address you control: customer payments go to it.

Referrals and integrations​

How do referrals work for agents?​

Energy Agent runs on the referral program. Invite other agents with your link and earn commission on the Energy they buy. Your pay page's "Powered by TRONAgg" footer carries your referral code automatically.

Can I automate this?​

Yes. Use the REST API, the agent.sale and agent.payment_skipped webhook events, or the Energy Agent tools of the TRONAgg MCP server.
