How it works
Everything in Energy Agent starts from a configuration: a receiving address plus three numbers you choose.

From payment to Energy
When TRX arrives at the configuration's address, TRONAgg counts how many whole base payments it contains:
units = min( floor(amount ÷ base payment), max units per payment )
Energy = units × Energy per unit
TRONAgg then delivers that Energy to the address that sent the TRX, for 1 hour, and charges your TRONAgg balance its current price for the order: the price at that hour of the published schedule, with your VIP discount applied. That is exactly what the same order would cost you through Quick buy.
With a base payment of 3 TRX, 65,000 Energy per unit and a limit of 5 units:

Only TRX payments count, sent as a plain wallet-to-wallet transfer. Tokens such as USDT, transfers made through smart contracts, and memo text are not processed.
If a delivery fails after the order was placed, the charge is refunded to your TRONAgg balance and the payment shows as failed in your sales feed.
Skipped payments
A payment that can't be turned into Energy is skipped: no Energy is delivered and nothing is charged to your balance. Skipped payments appear in your sales feed with their reason. You get an agent.payment_skipped notification at most once per configuration, reason and hour, so a burst of small payments doesn't flood your channels.
Payments to your own wallet that can only be skipped (below your base payment, or while the configuration is paused) are listed up to 60 per configuration per hour; beyond that they are not listed. The TRX is already in your wallet either way.

What happens to the TRX of a skipped payment depends on the address mode. With your own wallet it simply stays in your wallet. With a dedicated TRONAgg address it is credited to your TRONAgg balance, as every payment to that address is. Refunds to customers are between you and your customer.
The balance threshold
Your TRONAgg balance pays for every delivery, so you need a minimum balance to start or resume a configuration. The threshold is 10 TRX at the time of writing; the current value is shown in the workspace and returned as min_balance_sun by GET /summary.
The threshold is an activation gate, not a reserve: once a configuration is active, each payment only needs your balance to cover its own order.
Automatic pause and resume
When a payment arrives and your balance can't cover its order, the payment is skipped with insufficient_balance and all your active configurations pause with that reason. You get notified straight away, and the agent.payment_skipped event carries "paused": true.
Top up your balance. The next payment that arrives while your balance is at or above the threshold resumes the paused configurations automatically. You can also resume them yourself in the workspace or through the API once your balance is back above the threshold.
Configurations you paused yourself stay paused until you resume them. A configuration paused by TRONAgg support can only be resumed by support.
Address modes
Your own wallet
- You enter an address you already control. TRONAgg only watches it: no keys, no signatures, no approvals.
- Customer TRX stays in your wallet. TRONAgg's price is charged to your TRONAgg balance.
- An address can belong to only one active configuration.
- You can delete the configuration at any time.
A dedicated TRONAgg address
- TRONAgg issues a new address just for this configuration.
- Every TRX payment to it is credited to your TRONAgg balance, and TRONAgg's price for the delivery is then charged.
- The address is permanent. You can pause the configuration, but it can't be deleted, and payments keep crediting your balance while it is paused.
- Balance can be spent on Energy, AutoEnergy and the API. It can't be withdrawn to a wallet today.
Price limits on a configuration
A configuration is accepted when:
- the base payment covers TRONAgg's highest hourly price in the published schedule for your Energy per unit, so a sale can be delivered at any hour;
- the base payment is a whole multiple of 0.001 TRX;
- Energy per unit is at least the minimum order size, and Energy per unit × max units per payment stays within the maximum order size;
- max units per payment is between 1 and the program limit shown in the workspace.
The workspace shows the lowest, current and highest price for your Energy per unit before you save, so you can see your margin at every hour.
What your customers see
Every configuration has a public pay page at https://tronagg.ai/pay/<id>. It shows:
- your configuration title;
- the address to pay, with a QR code;
- a price table from ×1 to your limit: how much TRX buys how much Energy;
- instructions: send TRX from the wallet that needs the Energy (not from an exchange, because Energy goes to the sending address), and the Energy lasts 1 hour;
- a "Powered by TRONAgg" footer that carries your referral code.
The pay page shows your prices only. It never shows TRONAgg's price or your margin.
