FAQ

General

What is TRONAgg Radar, in one sentence?

It watches your TRON addresses for free, tells you in Telegram or by webhook when USDT or TRX moves, when an address can't send without burning TRX, and when its security changes, and, only where you turn it on, adds Energy for the next transfer.

Do you hold my keys or move my funds?

No. Radar reads public chain data. Where you turn Energy on, it delegates Energy to your address, which only lowers what your own transfers cost. It can't send anything from your address: you sign and send every transfer yourself. Radar never asks for a private key or a seed phrase.

Is "Ready" a guarantee?

No. Ready means the address has Energy for one transfer of its scenario's preset, isn't frozen and can pay its bandwidth. It doesn't promise that a transfer goes through:

  • Radar doesn't check who you send to. With the 65,000 preset, a transfer to a wallet without USDT needs about twice as much and burns TRX for the rest.
  • A transfer can still fail for other reasons, for example a fee limit set too low or a contract that rejects it.
  • Energy that arrives after a transfer was sent can't help that transfer.

Alerts usually arrive within seconds, but no delivery time is guaranteed. Build on the Ready to sweep signal, not on a timer, and keep your own records in step with the event feed.

How fast are alerts?

Usually within seconds of the block. If Radar falls behind the chain, the Addresses page says Delayed instead of Live, and catches up by itself.

Which tokens does Radar watch?

USDT (TRC20) and TRX, including TRX sent by smart contracts (internal transfers). Security alerts cover the account's permissions and its USDT approvals. Energy is added for USDT transfers.

Can someone else see my addresses?

No. Every account watches its own addresses. If another account watches the same address, neither of you sees the other.

Energy

Why do I see "Not enough Energy"?

It means the address has less Energy than its next USDT transfer needs, so if it sent USDT now, the network would burn TRX for the difference. When you see it depends on the scenario:

  • Only alert me: only if you turned on Warn when an address can't send without burning TRX. Off by default: addresses you only watch show Watching deposits and never appear as a problem. If you don't plan to send from these addresses, leave it off.
  • Add Energy when USDT arrives: only while a deposit is waiting to be swept and Radar couldn't add the Energy. The address page says why: your balance, the daily budget, today's limit, working hours, bandwidth or a freeze.
  • Add Energy after each transfer: when the wallet has no Energy for its next transfer, for example before its first transfer. Press Add Energy once; after that, Radar refills after every transfer.

You can always press Add Energy to buy Energy for one transfer, or mark the item as reviewed once you've dealt with it. The item also leaves the list by itself once the address has enough Energy.

Why 131,000 Energy?

On TRON, a USDT transfer to a wallet that already holds USDT needs about 64,285 Energy. A transfer to a wallet with no USDT needs about 130,285, roughly double, because it creates the recipient's USDT balance. The 131,000 preset covers either kind of recipient; the 65,000 preset covers only wallets that already hold USDT. See Energy per charge.

Why isn't every addition exactly 65,000 or 131,000 Energy?

Radar buys what the next transfer still needs, rounded up to the next 1,000 Energy and never less than the minimum order size. On the 65,000 preset an addition is always close to 65,000. On the 131,000 preset, an address that still has 65,000 Energy gets 66,000 more, not another 131,000.

How long does Radar's Energy last?

One hour. If a deposit isn't swept within that hour, you get Energy expired before the sweep. Turn on If the sweep doesn't happen within 1 hour, add Energy again to have Radar add it once more.

What if my script sends before the Energy arrives?

That transfer pays in TRX: Energy can't be added to a transfer that has already been sent. Wait for Ready to sweep (address.sweep.ready) before you sweep.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Watching and alerts keep working. Energy additions wait, Radar tells you with Energy not added (at most once an hour per scenario), and they resume as soon as your next deposit is credited.

Does it work with AutoEnergy and Energy Pass?

  • AutoEnergy already keeps Energy on its addresses, so Radar doesn't add Energy to an address that has an active AutoEnergy subscription. Alerts still work there.
  • Energy Pass: Radar's additions draw on today's allowance first, like any other order.

Addresses and alerts

How many addresses can I watch?

Up to 100 in Only alert me scenarios, and up to 1,000 in scenarios that add Energy, or 10,000 once your account has spent 100 TRX on Energy within 30 days. See Address limits.

Why didn't I get an alert for a deposit?

Check these first:

  • It happened before you added the address. Radar alerts only on new activity.
  • It was smaller than 1 USDT or 10 TRX. Smaller transfers are shown in neither alerts nor the timeline.
  • It was a zero-value or fake-token transfer: those are never deposits. If it came from a lookalike address, you got a security alert instead.
  • The scenario sends nowhere else, the channel doesn't receive the Deposits & transfers group, or the address is muted in that chat.
  • A busy Telegram chat received it inside a digest.

The address's timeline shows each alert and where it was delivered.

Why does my Telegram group get one summary instead of separate messages?

When a chat would get more than 10 Radar alerts within a minute, the rest arrive as one digest. Turn off Fold into a digest when busy on the channel to get every message. Webhooks never fold.

Can I turn alerts off for one address?

In your private chat with the bot, Mute 1h silences one address for an hour. For a lasting change, move the address to a scenario that sends to other channels, or nowhere.

What does "Delayed" mean?

Radar is more than 30 seconds behind the newest TRON block. Readiness is marked Not confirmed by fresh data until it catches up, which it does by itself. Alerts for the blocks in between still arrive, a little later.

What happens when I stop monitoring an address?

Radar stops watching it and stops adding Energy. Its timeline stays for 90 days, its external ID is freed, and you can add it back at any time.

Developers

Is there an API?

Yes. Everything in the workspace is available at /api/v1/watch/* with your API key, plus signed webhooks and a replayable event feed. See Developers and the API reference.
